Licence register desk GRA list, trading period 2025/26
Is that online casino on the regulator's list?
Online Casino Kenya reads the Gambling Regulatory Authority's list of licensed gaming companies and the Gambling Control Act, 2025, and sets out in plain words which online casino brands appear on that list, how to check a licence yourself and where a complaint goes.
What one line of the table carries
The register table repeats the regulator's columns without comment.
- Trading nameThe brand. It is not always the same word as the domain.
- CompanyThe legal person that holds the licence.
- Public gaming licenceThe number from the PG column of the regulator's list.
- Status in listRepeats the regulator's status column.
- Domain in listPrinted as text, exactly as the regulator lists it.
How to use this site
Five steps, in order, from the casino's footer to the live register.
- Start from the name in the footer of the casino site. A licensee must display its licence on its online platform (Act, s.36(3)). Note the company name, the trading name and the licence number it shows.
- Find the same line in the register table. The table of public gaming licence holders with a listed domain is sorted by trading name and repeats the regulator's columns without comment.
- Check the match yourself. The guide on checking an online casino licence shows what must agree and what a mismatch can mean.
- Read the rule before you argue about it. Payout deadlines, account rules and the complaint route are each tied to a section of the Act, so you can quote the section, not this site.
- Confirm on the live register. The list changes. A snapshot dated 2026-10-04 cannot show a licence granted, suspended or revoked after that date.

Questions and answers
Does this site tell me which casino to use?
No. There are no rankings, scores or recommendations here. The register table repeats what the Gambling Regulatory Authority has published, in alphabetical order, and the guides explain how to read it and what the law says.
Where does the register table come from?
From the page titled Licensed gaming companies for the trading period 2025/26 on gra.go.ke, read on 2026-10-04. The regulator's page was last modified on 2026-03-19. The copy here is a snapshot, so the regulator's own page is the one to rely on.
Is online casino gambling legal in Kenya?
It is legal only when the operator is licensed. Section 28(1) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 says a person shall not offer any gambling activity or service unless it is licensed under the Act, and section 67(1) names the online casino licence as one of three online gambling licences.
What is the minimum age?
Gambling in Kenya is for adults only, 18 and over. Section 72(3) of the Act requires an operator to ask for proof of age of majority before it registers any player, and section 70(6) requires it again before a prize is remitted.
Who do I call if gambling is causing harm?
The Gambling Regulatory Authority lists a toll-free line, 0800-723-770, and a self-exclusion process on its website. The responsible gambling page of this site sets out the steps and what the law obliges a licensee to do once you ask to be excluded.
